Meet Allison Lucerne

Allison Lucerne is a classically trained oil painter whose landscapes pair mastery of traditional technique with a refined contemporary vision. She holds a BFA in Illustration from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia (1996) and studied under established oil painters, in addition to completing an internship in the University of Pennsylvania’s Biomedical Communications Department.

Her career combined technical precision with a designer’s eye, spanning medical illustration, art direction and a successful freelance design and illustration studio. Throughout, she continued to paint, and her work is held primarily in private collections across the Northeast. After more than 27 years in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Allison now lives in Millburn, NJ, where she paints full-time in a dedicated studio.

She is an Elected Member of the American Artists Professional League and a member of the Oil Painters of America, the American Society of Marine Artists and the National Oil & Acrylic Painters’ Society.
